Need a fast route?

Use the quick filters and jump to the most common topics.

Do I need prior experience?
No. Our beginner tracks assume no experience and focus on safe, repeatable basics. You’ll start with clean sawing, filing, polishing, and simple stone settings before moving into more complex work.
How much time should I plan each week?
Most learners do well with 2–4 hours/week. If you can dedicate one longer session (90–120 minutes) plus a shorter practice session, progress is usually steady and frustration stays low.
What materials and tools are required?
Each course lists exact tools with alternatives for different countries and budgets. Typically you’ll need basic hand tools (saw frame, blades, files), a polishing setup, and safety gear. We include “minimum viable toolkit” options so you can start without overspending.
Can I follow along without a torch or casting setup?
Yes. Many modules are designed for cold connections, prefab components, and beginner-safe workflows. If a step requires soldering or casting, we provide alternatives and clear prerequisites so you can skip or upgrade later.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes, completion certificates are available for all paid courses. If you want your name formatted in a specific way (e.g., middle initial), submit it exactly as you want it to appear.
What is your refund policy?
Contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss options where applicable. If you’re stuck, we’ll try troubleshooting first (access, video playback, downloads), and then review the request fairly based on course usage and local payment restrictions.
Do you offer installments or student discounts?
Some courses include limited-time promotions. If you’re a student, ask via the form with your school email and the course name—our team can confirm what’s currently available.
How do I get help if I’m stuck?
Use the “Ask a question” button and include: your course name, the lesson title, what you tried, and a short description of your result. Clear details help us diagnose faster.
