If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

LightRoute and associated branding, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through automated scraping or abusive traffic.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
• Use the Services to violate applicable laws, infringe rights, or engage in harassment.
• Share or publish Course Materials in any public or private channel not authorized by us.

6. Purchases, Pricing & Taxes

Prices, course availability, and features may change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees. If currency conversion is involved, your payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional charges.

We may use third-party payment processors. Your payments may be subject to the processor’s terms in addition to these Terms.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request assistance and discuss available options where applicable. Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the purchase (for example, instant-access digital content, live cohorts, or limited-seat events) and the extent of course usage.

You agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services.

8. Educational Nature & No Guarantees

The Services provide educational content. Results depend on many factors, including your practice, experience, tools, and market conditions. We do not guarantee outcomes, earnings, certification, or specific results.

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, used the Services unlawfully, or harmed the integrity or security of the Services or other users. Termination may result in loss of access to Course Materials and your account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LightRoute will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to LightRoute for the applicable purchase giving rise to the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount).

13. Governing Principles

These Terms will be interpreted and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
